AdPipe is an AI-powered tool that generates Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad copy from a product URL or product description. The service analyzes the content you provide and produces multiple ad copy variations intended for use on advertising platforms.

3. Accounts & Billing

AdPipe offers subscription-based access to its services. Pricing and usage limits are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. AI-Generated Content

All ad copy produced by AdPipe is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or language that does not comply with specific advertising platform policies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring all generated content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform advertising policies before publishing.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide to AdPipe, including product URLs and product descriptions. Ad copy generated by the service is provided to you for your commercial use. The AdPipe platform, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, remains the property of AdPipe.

6. Limitation of Liability

AdPipe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, rejected advertisements, policy violations, lost revenue, or account restrictions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AdPipe at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by canceling your subscription.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or via email when applicable. Continued use of AdPipe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
